This is my best image because the image gives a very silky, smooth texture to it. The ISO is perfect which makes the image look very professional and polished. I also like the colour gradient where the top right hand side of the image is lighter than the bottom left hand side of the image.
This image needs improving because the camera is not held upright as you can see the background on the right hand side. The image also has a lower shutter speed then before which makes the image look a little blurry and didn't let me capture the ripples on the wave in high definition.
This is my best image because I have used rule of thirds since the log is located on the right hand side of the image. The shutter speed made the stream look like a pattern which I quite like and the ISO was correct for this particular image.
This image needs improving because the picture looks blurry and the shutter speed should have been higher so I could capture a HD image. The camera also wasn't held steadily which resulted in the image to appear extremely unprofessional and messy.
This is my best image because the ISO is perfect and allows the image to emit natural sunlight in order to give the image a glow. I also like the use of colour and how the sunlight reflects off the leaves as it makes the image look bright and eye catching.
This is my worst image because the exposure bleaches the image and makes it look unappealing. I also feel like the colours of the leaves clash together which makes the image look unpleasant.
This is my best image as it shows depth because you can see the trees in the background slowly fading away, the boat on the left hand side which follows the rules of composition. The clear ripples in the water and the fog slowly consuming the right hand side of the image.
This image needs improving because the fog has been consumed by the whole image which means there is no object to look at in the image. This image could've been improved if there was something shown in the background but sadly it has all been covered up by the fog.
This is my best image because the camera is held upright and the lighting is a good mixture of dark at certain points and bright at others. This means the picture has good depth because if it was too bright it would be blinding and if it was too dark it would be unseen.
This image needs improving because the camera wasn't held upright which caused the image to be slightly off guard and slanted. The image also doesn't look completely HD and at some point looks a little blurry, for example the boat doesn't look very clear and the right hand side of the background looks blurry too.
This is my best image because it uses the right amount of aperture which allows the image to have depth as it does not look flat. It also gives the audience something to focus on. I also like the use of colour and the sunlight reflecting off the berries and the light peeking through the leaf leaving a glow to it.
This is my worst image because part of the image is highly exposed which I don't like. I feel like this image could've been improved by zooming in closer to the texture of the rock or changing the ISO so the image wasn't too bleached out at certain points.
This is my best image because the bridge looks very dark because the exposure was lower to achieve a mysterious look and the slight fogginess in the images looks very bewildering which is what I wanted it to look like. The left hand side of the background also looks very appealing because the fog nearly covers the background but not quite which makes both colours blend together very well.
This image needs improving because the exposure is too bright which washes out the image and doesn't give it any depth or edge to it. The angle of the image also doesn't look very appealing and due to the exposure being too bright, the bridge looks lighter which I don't really like because it makes the image look one dimensional which gives off an intense vibe.
This is my best image because I like the colour palette used since there is a pop of colour shown in the autumn leaves. I also like how the camera captured the ripple effect on the lake and the reflection of the tress in the background. The lighting is also perfect for the time of day.
This is my worst image because it is too exposed which bleaches the image out and it also doesn't look high quality as the trees look blurry and the colour of the plants look unappealing in the image.
This is my best image because the use of composition really adds to the image and the colour of the sky allows the image to appear lighthearted as well as very structured hence the composition. I also like the contrast of light blue to grey and the fact that the image isn't too exposed or bright.
This is my worst image because the rule of thirds isn't used correctly which is why someone is shown on the left hand side of the image. I also don't like how exposed the sky looks in relation to my best image. The camera is also not held straight which makes the image appear lopsided.
This is my best image because the low depth of field fits with the close-up image taken. I also like the use of earthly colours as it fits in with the nature landscapes and the colours complement each other very well. The texture and detail of the bark also adds to why I really like this image as it.
This is my worst image because the objective of the photo is unclear and the image itself is confusing as there is no clear point of the image. The rule of thirds isn't clear which is why the image looks randomly places and very unappealing to the eye.
This is my best image because the hue of the image is very cold and icy which reflects on the weather when I captured this image. I also like the slight fog in the background as it gives the image a very mysterious vibe. The trees give the image some depth as some of the trees are placed on the mid ground and others are on the side of the image which helps shape the photo.
This image needs improving because you can see a faint spot of light on the right hand side of the image which could be appealing to others but doesn't quite fit the theme of this image. The lighting is also pretty dark which makes it hard to identify what may be in the background. The exposure should've been higher so that the image could have a bit of light to make it look more appealing.
This is my best image because I was able to capture the autumn colours on this plant. The image also has a low depth of field meaning the object in focus is defined whilst the background is blurred out. I like this effect because it makes the image look extremely professional instead of messy and unkept.
This image needs improving because it looks very messy as there is nothing that is high definition which makes the audience confused on what to look at. The image also looks blurry near the top of the photo (the background) which doesn't look professional in this case as there is nothing particularly in focus.
This is my best image because the texture of the landscape has been captured really well by the camera and all the settings on the camera such as the ISO and white balance have been used correctly in order to create this outcome.
This my worst image because the ISO is too low which ruins the image as it is too dark to see anything. The camera has also not been held upright which caused the image to look random as there isn't a specific point that is in focus.

I have developed my image by using different layering styles and blending options on photopea. I also added a border around the image with pixelated dots that are also seen around the image which gives the photo a distorted look which I think looks very different and unique to what would usually do. |
I have developed my image by using the layering tool on photopea and adding a background whilst changing the opacity of the background image so that my original image can also be seen against the patterns. I also duplicated the background image multiple times to create a blurry effect on the image which I love. |
I have developed my image by using the black and white feature to manipulate the image into looking completely different to its original look. I also used the lens flare feature to allow the image to have more depth whilst also decreasing the opacity level of the copied background layer in order to make the lens flare appear more realistic. |
